Who this notice covers

Elin Rose Home Care Assistance provides non-medical support in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This notice describes information handled through this website, its forms, and related portals. It does not replace a signed service agreement, a specific disclosure authorization, or a health privacy notice where one is required.

Information collected and why

• Inquiries and privacy requests: name, email, optional phone number, message, and request history, used to respond and maintain correspondence.
• Care assessments and client services: contact and family information, date of birth, address, emergency contacts, daily routines, mobility and assistance needs, allergies, safety information, signatures, schedules, and care reports. Some of this is sensitive health-related information. It is used to assess service fit, coordinate requested assistance, and maintain service records.
• Applications: contact details, work eligibility, availability, experience, references, certifications, resumes, and application or interview records, used to evaluate and administer employment applications. References should be provided with permission. Any required background-check authorization and notices must be handled separately.
• Accounts and payments: account identifiers, authentication information, invoices, and payment status, used to operate portals and billing. Payment-card processing is handled by the payment provider; do not submit card details in general forms.
• Technical information: hosting and security services may process IP addresses, browser and request information, timestamps, and authentication cookies to deliver and protect the site.

Information may come from you, an authorized representative, staff providing your requested services, or service providers supporting these functions. Please provide only what is necessary. Do not send medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance identifiers, or payment details through general contact forms or ordinary email.

Sharing and service providers

Information is made available to personnel and contractors who need it for the requested service and to providers supporting hosting, authentication, database and file storage, correspondence, and payment processing. The website uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database, authentication and storage, Resend for configured email delivery, and Stripe for configured payments. These services receive information necessary for their functions. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety. Family or representative access must be based on appropriate authority or authorization.

This website has no advertising pixel, data-sale feature, or automated decision system that grants or denies care or employment. Information submitted through a form is not permission to sell sensitive information or send marketing messages.

Your choices and requests

You can request access or a copy, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, marketing opt-out, or restriction of sale, targeted advertising, or significant automated profiling. Use our requests and opt-outs page, call (945) 322-0327, email dee@elinrose.com, or write to the address below. No new account is required. Authorized representatives may submit requests subject to verification. We will ask only for information reasonably needed to verify identity and authority; do not include identity documents in an initial request.

Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, requests receive a response without undue delay and within 45 days. A necessary extension of up to 45 additional days requires notice and reasons within the initial period. If a request is denied, you may appeal through the same channels, labeled “Privacy appeal.” Where the Act applies, appeals receive a written decision within 60 days. If an appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the data and law. You will not be penalized for making a privacy request.

Marketing opt-outs must be honored within 10 business days. Necessary service, billing, security, or application communications may continue. Consent withdrawal applies prospectively and may affect services that require the information. Deletion may be limited by legal recordkeeping, an ongoing service or dispute, or other lawful obligations; the response should explain any limitation.

Cookies and browser signals

The current website uses essential authentication and security cookies where needed. No optional analytics or advertising integration is enabled in the reviewed website code. See Cookies. Global Privacy Control signals are shown on the privacy choices page. A signal does not delete stored care or application records or unsubscribe an email address; use the request channels for those actions.

Retention and safeguards

Information is retained as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and applicable legal, accounting, employment, or service obligations. Contact us for the retention period applicable to your record. Safeguards and access restrictions reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Report a suspected privacy or security issue through the contact channels below, without attaching confidential records.

Health information and children

Care assessments may contain sensitive health information. Non-medical service status does not remove applicable health privacy duties. This website notice is not a representation that Elin Rose or every vendor is HIPAA certified, and it is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Request information about the applicable health privacy notice and confidential intake process directly from Elin Rose. The website is intended for adults and authorized representatives, not direct use by children under 13. If a child has submitted information, contact us to request review and removal as appropriate.
